Boson CCNP Kit Product Offer Terms

1. You have purchased either the Kit for CCNP or the ExSim-Max for Kit CCNP. You will receive activation codes at the time of purchase for all products within the Kit you chose.
2. The activation code for ExSim-Max for 642-845 (ONT) will unlock the demonstration version of the product. The activation codes for all other products in your Kit will unlock full-version products.
3. On or before October 31, 2008 you will receive an email notifying you of the availability of the full version of the ExSim-Max for 642-845 (ONT) products. At the point you are notified of their availability, you may obtain the full versions by activating your products or updating the previously activated demonstration version of your products.
4. In order for the single-user license purchasers to take advantage of the “Boson No Pass, No Pay ExSim Guarantee” you should wait to take the actual exam until after you have received the full-version update of the corresponding ExSim-Max product. All terms of the guarantee will be modified to begin upon notification of the availability of the full-version update.

Boson CCNP Kit Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Boson CCNP Kit Terms and Conditions”) apply to purchasers of the following Boson ExSim-Max product license: ExSim-Max for Cisco 642-845 (the “Boson ExSim-Max Product”). Boson expects that the Boson ExSim-Max Product will be available to you in full version on or before October 31, 2008. Single-user license for the Boson ExSim-Max Product may only be purchased as part of either the Kit for CCNP or the ExSim-Max Kit for CCNP during the introductory pre-ordering period. (This does not apply to Boson Organizational customers.) Boson retains the right to cancel the release of any scheduled product at any time. If Boson elects to cancel a scheduled product or if Boson fails to deliver the full versions via electronic update by October 31, 2008, Boson will notify the license purchaser of such cancellation or failure and refund the prorated portion of the kit purchase price applicable to the cancelled or undelivered product(s).
