Boson No Pass, No Pay ExSim Guarantee

Requirements to receive a refund:

The individual person licensed for the Boson ExSim product must provide proof of failing the actual corresponding vendor's exam TWICE and must notify Boson Software within 90 days of the software purchase. This guarantee is for ExSim (exam simulation) products only.
Exam failures must be between 10 to 90 days after the Boson ExSim license registration to qualify.
Exam failures that occurred before the purchase of the corresponding Boson ExSim product do not qualify.
Only full-price single-user licensed orders paid by credit card are eligible for the Money Back Guarantee. Corporate licenses, voucher coupons, discounted products, and manual orders do not qualify.
Only the original purchase price of the Boson ExSim product can be refunded to the original credit card used for the original order under this guarantee.
Actual exam fees, postage, manual ordering fees, or any other related expenses will not be refunded.
The Boson Software e-mail receipt must match the customer information provided within the Money Back Guarantee Claim Form.
All orders will be verified as true and correct, and may be rejected at Boson's reasonable discretion. Please allow up to 15 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card.
Procedure to receive a refund: Contact Boson Technical Support and request a Claim Form. The Boson Software Claim Form must be completed and signed, stating you are the original licensee.
Your two exam failures must be dated not less than 10 days, and not more than 90 days, after your Boson Software purchase.
The unmodified Boson Software e-mail receipt must be submitted along with copies of the vendor's two failure reports clearly showing a matching name and personal information.
Approved guarantee claims result in the user's forfeiture of the software license, meaning the product can no longer be used once the refund is processed.
