Boson Releases Exam Environment Software

Tampa, Florida (January 30, 2006) - Boson Software, LLC announces the release of the Boson Exam Environment, a software-based delivery platform for its exam simulation content.

The Boson Exam Environment is a software shell into which users can download their Boson ExSim content. Customers use the Exam Environment to access full versions by entering their Boson account credentials and a product-specific activation key. Demo users can download the Exam Environment and use it to download demo versions of ExSim.

The software allows users to take Boson's realistic exam simulations that include multiple question types, including Cisco IOS® simulation questions where users are required to enter IOS commands at a command prompt. Boson leverages its powerful NetSim software to enable realistic network simulation for these question types.

"The most exciting thing is the Exam Environment is incredibly flexible and will allow us to build on the foundation we've laid by adding more and more features over time," said Jeremy Blackburn, a principal developer on the Exam Environment team. "We already have plans for a number of enhancements that no one else offers."
