About the CCIP Exam
The Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional (CCIP) is a
series of four exams measuring advanced knowledge of service
provider networks. The exams certify that the successful candidate has
important knowledge and skills in such areas as IP routing,
IP QoS, BGP, and MPLS. In addition to holding a valid CCNA
certification, a candidate must pass the following exams:
642-801 BSCI
642-642 QOS
642-661 BGP
642-611 MPLS
Optionally, a candidate may choose to take the 642-891 Composite exam in place of the 642-801 BSCI.
