About the MCSA Certification
The Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) is a series of four exams. The exams certify that the successful candidate has important knowledge and skills necessary to manage and maintain the computing environment for mid- to large-sized companies. To obtain the MCSA certification, a candidate must pass the following exams:

- 70-290 Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment
- 70-291 Implementing, Managing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure
- Core Exam: Client OS (1)
- 70-270 Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional
or
