BIOGRAPHY
Richard teaches many classes and has over 20 years of experience in the computing and networking industry, including networking, training, systems administration, and programming. For over ten years, Richard has operated his own company, The Deal Group Inc., located in Orlando, Florida. His company provides network consulting and training services nationwide. Richard has written the following networking books: CCNA Cisco Certified Network Associate Study Guide (Exam 640-802), The Complete Cisco VPN Configuration Guide, Cisco Router Firewall Security, CCNP BCMSN Exam Cram 2; CCNA Secrets Revealed!; Cisco PIX Firewalls; CCNP: Remote Access Exam Prep; CCNP: Switching Exam Cram; and CCNP: Cisco LAN Switching Configuration.
