Upgrade Policy—Boson NetSim CCNP Version 6.0 to Version 7.0
(covering CCNP Version 3.0)

Upgrade Policy
Any customer who purchased a Single-User License for Boson NetSim for CCNP Version 6.0 after June 19, 2006 will be entitled to receive a free upgrade to NetSim Version 7.0 for CCNP upon its release. NetSim Version 7.0 is scheduled for release on June 12, 2007.

Release Schedule
While all of the technologies covered by NetSim for CCNP remain relevant and useful as you learn Cisco technologies, Boson is currently adding to NetSim’s industry-leading technology to ensure full coverage for the new material included in the current Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) requirements (CCNP v.3.0). Comprehensive coverage by NetSim for CCNP v.7.0 of the subject matter covered by the current CCNP will be released in stages with the June 12, 2007 release covering the updated Building Scalable Cisco Internetworks (BSCI) v.3.0 requirements (Cisco Exam 642-901).

Boson will make periodic releases of new technologies as they are available including expanded Cisco IOS command coverage and new labs designed to focus on the coverage of the new CCNP v.3.0 certification exams including:Building Cisco Multilayer Switched Networks (BCMSN) v.3.0 (Cisco Exam 642-812); Optimizing Converged Cisco Networks (ONT) v.1.0 (Cisco Exam 642-845); and Implementing Secure Converged Wide Area Networks (ISCW) v.1.0 (Cisco Exam 642-825). These upgrades will be offered free of charge to existing Boson NetSim for CCNP v.6.0 and v.7.0 Single-User License owners who purchased their licenses after June 19, 2006.

Organizational Customers
Purchasers of other licenses should reference the terms of their particular license or purchase documentation for upgrade information. Generally, organizational purchasers will be provided with all updates that are released during the term of the current license.
