| What are the minimum system requirements for the Boson Courseware Digital Edition? |

The Boson Courseware Digital Edition is delivered electronically the Javelin PDF Reader. There are versions of the Javelin PDF reader for the following platforms: - Apple iPad, requires iOS 4.3 or Later
- Windows – XP, Vista or Windows 7, 32 bit or 64 bit
- Apple Mac – requires OSX Version 10.6 or later
The Boson Courseware is not currently available for Nook, Kindle or Android based tablet devices.

| Can I print the Courseware Digital Edition document? |
Show Answer No, the digital edition cannot be printed. If you would like a printed version, the Boson Courseware is also available in paperback.

| How many times can I view the document? |
Show Answer Document viewing is unlimited.

| Is an active Internet connection required to activate the documents? What about offline activation? |
Show Answer Yes, an active Internet connection is required to validate the activation key and unlock the documents. There is no offline procedure for activating the documents.

| Is it necessary to have an active Internet connection to view the documents? |
Show Answer No, once the product has been activated, the documents can be viewed without an active internet connection.

| How many activations are allowed? |
Show Answer Currently our courseware can be activated a total of three (3) times before the key expires.

| Can I order courseware products on CD? |
Show Answer Our Boson Courseware is available in paperback or a digital edition. The Courseware Digital Edition is only available via download using the Javelin e-reader from Drumlin. This is the same link that you will find in the Product Delivery section of your purchase receipt email.

| I need an activation key. Where can I get one? |
Show Answer If you have not done so already, you will need to purchase an activation key. Your activation key will be listed on your purchase receipt. You can view all of your previous purchase receipts by logging in to your Boson Online Account and viewing your Purchase History.

| How do I submit a bug, or request a feature? |
Show Answer You can submit a support ticket by logging in to your Boson Online Account; selecting the Support Tickets tab and starting a new ticket.

| What are my payment options on your Web site? |
Show Answer Boson accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club credit cards for online purchases.
PayPal payments are also accepted with a service fee of $.30 plus 2.9% of the transaction total amount. Boson accepts PayPal payments from verified PayPal accounts only.
If you complete your purchase online using an approved credit card or PayPal account, you should receive your receipt, download link(s) and activation key(s) within minutes from noreply@boson.com. If you do not receive the e-mail in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder for this message.
Boson also accepts check or money order payments at checkout. If you purchase a Boson product using a check or money order, please follow the instructions at checkout for quickest service. Please mail a copy of your checkout form along with your check or money order to the following address:

Boson processes orders paid by money order as soon as the funds are received. Processing of orders paid by corporate or personal check may be held for five (5) business days to allow the funds to clear your bank.
Purchase orders are accepted from educational institutions and organizations only with Net 30 Day terms and at Boson’s discretion.
Wire transfer payments will be accepted; however, we will not place your order until we have received the funds from your bank. There is a $30.00 fee for using wire transfer. If you wish to pay via wire transfer, please notify us at support@boson.com so that we may provide wire transfer instructions.

| My organization is tax exempt. Can we place on order online? |
Show Answer If you are outside the states of Tennessee and Florida, our website will not charge sales tax on your order. If you are a tax-exempt entity in one of the two states listed above, please call us at 877-333-EXAM (3926), and we’ll be glad to assist you with these orders. You will need to fax a copy of your tax exemption form to Sales at 615-889-0122.

| Can my company or school be invoiced for our order? |
Show Answer Boson will gladly invoice academic, organizational, or corporate customers within the U.S., provided they submit a purchase order. All international orders must be paid for at the time of purchase. You can make payment via credit card (by using an offline card form), and we will place the order for you when we have the card information. You can also pay via wire transfer, but we will not place the order until we have received the funds. There is a $30.00 fee to pay using wire transfer.

| I purchased a product from the Boson Web site and would like to find my receipt. How can I do that? |
Show Answer You can view all of your previous purchase receipts by logging in to your Boson Online Account and viewing your Purchase History.

| Do you charge shipping fees? |
Show Answer Shipping fees are calculated based on the number of shippable products in your order and will be shown at checkout. Boson Courseware products are shipped to domestic addresses only, and not to AK, HI or PR. A physical address is required; PO Box cannot be used.
Paperback products generally arrive within 5-7 business days.

| Do you offer discounts on your products? |

the Courseware, NetSim and ExSim-Max products that you want at a

| What is the return or exchange policy? |
Show Answer No returns or exchanges will be accepted or refunds granted for Boson Courseware, Boson Curriculum, Boson Lab Guide or any Boson Courseware Kit; in either digital format or paperback format. ExSim-Max and NetSim products included as part of a Courseware Kit may be returned as defined in our Product Return/Exchange Policy for those products. The refund amount will be prorated to reflect the actual purchase price of the product.
