Pricing / Quotes

Yes, Boson does offer discounts, called Special Offers, on certain products based on your product purchase or activation history on our site. To find your Special Offer, please create or log in to your Boson account on our site and review the products listed on the Special Offers tab.

Products

Boson Courseware is delivered in our e-reader app that allows you to read your curriculum and lab guides on your mobile or desktop web browser. An active internet connection is required.

The Boson Courseware Online (Digital) Edition is delivered electronically via secure web pages that can be used with any modern internet browser with JavaScript enabled and access to third party websites permitted. An internet connection is required.

Yes, Boson Courseware Online (Digital) products are delivered via secure web pages that can be used with any modern internet browser with JavaScript enabled and access to third party websites permitted. An active internet connection is required. Therefore, you can access your online (digital) product(s) with any device that has an internet connection and supports modern web browsers.

Document viewing is unlimited during the license period.

You will have unlimited access to your Online (Digital) Courseware during the license period.

Yes, you can print Courseware documents for personal use only if using Boson's e-reader app. See Courseware User-Agreement.

For legacy products using the Javelin reader, printing is not an available feature.

If you need help, you can submit a support ticket by logging in to your Boson Online Account; selecting the Support Tickets tab and starting a new ticket.

Purchasing / Refunds

You can view all your previous purchase receipts by logging in to your Boson Online Account and viewing your Purchase History.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted or refunds granted for Boson Courseware, Boson Curriculum, Boson Lab Guide, or any Boson Courseware Kit; in either digital format or paperback format. ExSim-Max and NetSim products included as part of a Courseware Kit may be returned as defined in our Product Return/Exchange Policy for those products. The refund amount will be prorated to reflect the actual purchase price of the product.

Sales tax is only assessed for orders placed by customers in Tennessee and Florida.

Boson Courseware paperback products are shipped to addresses in the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Currently, we are unable to ship to U. S. Territories or internationally except for APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping time for paperback products averages 7-10 business days depending on the order destination. Signature is required at the time of delivery.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the number of shippable products in your order and will be shown at checkout. Boson Courseware paperback products are shipped to addresses in the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Currently, we are unable to ship to U. S. Territories or internationally except for APO/FPO addresses.

Boson accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards for online purchases.

If you complete your purchase online using an approved credit card, you should receive your receipt, download link(s) and activation key(s) within minutes from noreply@boson.com. If you do not receive the e-mail in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder for this message.

Boson also accepts check or money order payments at checkout. If you purchase a Boson product using a check or money order, please follow the instructions at checkout for quickest service. Please mail a copy of your checkout form along with your check or money order to the following address:

Boson processes orders paid by money order as soon as the funds are received. Processing of orders paid by corporate or personal check may be held for five (5) business days to allow the funds to clear your bank.

Purchase orders are accepted from academic, organizational, or corporate customers only with Net 30 Day terms and at Boson’s discretion.

Wire transfer payments will be accepted; however, we will not place your order until we have received the funds from your bank. There is a $30.00 fee for using wire transfer. If you wish to pay via wire transfer, please notify us at support@boson.com so that we may provide wire transfer instructions.

If you are outside the states of Tennessee and Florida, our website will not charge sales tax on your order. If you are a tax-exempt entity in one of the two states listed above, please call us at 877-333-EXAM (3926), and we will be glad to assist you with these orders.

Boson will gladly invoice academic, organizational, or corporate customers within the U.S., provided they submit a purchase order. All international orders must be paid for at the time of purchase. You can make payment via credit card (by using an offline card form), and we will place the order for you when we have the card information. You can also pay via wire transfer, but we will not place the order until we have received the funds. There is a $30.00 fee to pay using wire transfer.

You can view your purchase history on our site by logging in to your Boson account, pointing to the User icon, and then clicking Purchase History.

All modern web browsers are supported, but they must have JavaScript support enabled and access to third party websites permitted. Check your web browser Settings to ensure that both JavaScript support and third-party website permissions are enabled.
