About the Project Management Institute's PMP Certification
The Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification covers PMI's nine project management
knowledge areas and five process groups, as well as professional
responsibility. Based on PMI and Project Management Body of Knowledge
(PMBOK)® systems.
To obtain the PMP certification, a candidate must pass the following
exam in addition to meeting other education and experience requirements
found at PMI's website:
PMP 3rd Edition
If
you took the PMBOK-2000 Edition certification test before 10/1/05
and did not pass, you may retake a test based on the same objectives
within one year.
