| Where are your Bootcamps held? |
Show Answer Boson Training Bootcamps ("Bootcamps") are held at our own facilities located at 12655 Race Track Road, Tampa, FL 33626. We also offer online courses and onsite Bootcamps for any customer who needs a customized class held at their facility. | |
| What are the class hours? |
Show Answer Class hours for all Cisco Bootcamps are from 8am to 6pm. CEH Bootcamps, CompTIA Bootcamps and individual Cisco training courses run from 9am to 5pm. There is time for lunch during all Bootcamps and individual training courses. | |
Show Answer - Lunch is included for all Bootcamps. We provide a continental breakfast for all students, and assorted snacks and beverages are available throughout the day.

| Does the cost include travel and/or accommodations? |

| How many people are required for an on-site class? |
Show Answer - There is a minimum of four (4) students required for us to provide on-site training.

| What is your cancellation policy? |
Show Answer - Refunds for Boson Training Bootcamps are subject to a 15% handling fee and will only be granted for requests that occur six (6) business days prior to the class start date. If a refund is requested within five (5) business days prior to the class start date, a credit for a future Boson Training Bootcamp will be issued. Credit must be used within one (1) year of original class date. Failure to attend the course without written notification or e-mail prior to the start of the course will be considered a "No Show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.

| How many students are in each class? |
Show Answer - We keep the class size small to allow the instructor to provide individualized attention where needed.

| Do you ever cancel a scheduled course? |
Show Answer - Our classes are held at our facilities and taught by our full time instructors, which allows us to keep firm schedules; therefore, we very rarely cancel a class.

Show Answer - If you successfully complete a Boson Training Bootcamp (“Bootcamp”) and do not pass a professional certification examination corresponding to such Bootcamp, then you are eligible to enroll in a subsequent Bootcamp within one year without additional charge. | Do you use official courseware? |
Show Answer - Official courseware is used for all Cisco and EC-Council courses. We are a Cisco Learning Partner and an EC-Council Accredited Training Center.

| When do we take the certification exams? |
Show Answer - You may take your certification exam when you are ready. We are a VUE testing center, and exams are offered on-site during courses. However, if you prefer to take the exam after your course, we will schedule it at a VUE testing center near you.

| Do I need to bring my own laptop? |
Show Answer - It is recommended that you bring a laptop with you so that you can continue to study in the evenings.

| What methods of payment are accepted? |

Cisco Learning Credits may be used for all Cisco Training and Bootcamps delivered by Boson Training.

| Who will be the instructor? |

| If I cannot attend a class that I have already registered for, can someone else attend in my place? |
Show Answer - Substitutions can be made at no charge. Substitutions must be made one (1) business day before the class start. You must provide the name and contact information of the substitute, along with any amended payment information available, such as purchase order or credit card information.

| May I reschedule a class? |
Show Answer - You may reschedule your class up to five (5) days before the class start date. Please contact your account executive to reschedule an alternative class date.

| How many people share equipment? |
Show Answer - Students have access to their own lab gear – no sharing!

| How long are my exam vouchers valid? |
Show Answer - Exam vouchers that are included with a course are valid for one (1) year from the class start date.

| What is the difference between your training courses and Bootcamps? |
Show Answer - The training courses are taught in a traditional instructor-led training format and are ideal for students learning the technology. This format allows time for the instructor to cover each topic with in-depth instruction providing the students with the information needed to master the subject-matter.
Bootcamps provide an intense, fast-paced learning environment. Bootcamps are a cost-effective way to provide high-quality training and instruction to intermediate/advanced students in a condensed time period. | |
| Is there any software included with my class? |
Show Answer - A single-user license for Boson's related ExSim-Max practice exam and/or NetSim network simulator products will be included with most training courses. Once the registration is complete, each student will be able to immediately download the software product and start preparing for the upcoming class. To see if the course that you are interested in attending includes ExSim-Max or NetSim software product, refer to the course description posted on this website, contact your account executive or e-mail training@boson.com.
