RESCHEDULE and CANCELLATION POLICY*:

For CCNA Bootcamps, CCNP Bootcamps and CCIE Written Bootcamps offered directly by Boson Training

Student substitutions are permitted at any time. Reschedules are permitted if notice is given 5 business days before the scheduled class. Enrollments must be rescheduled within one (1) year of the original course date or funds on account will be forfeited. We require 10 business days’ notice to cancel any registration (and provide refund for pre-payment). Fees for software or other materials received by or ordered on behalf of the student are non-refundable.

Failure to provide the required notification will result in 100% charge for the course. If a student does not attend a scheduled course without giving prior notification, the student’s funds will be forfeited and the student will not be allowed to reschedule.

For All Other Courses

We require 30 calendar days’ notice to reschedule or to cancel any registration (and provide refund for pre-payment). Enrollments must be rescheduled within one (1) year of the original enrollment date or funds on account will be forfeited.Fees for software or other materials received by or ordered on behalf of the student are non-refundable. Failure to provide the required notification will result in 100% charge for the course. If a student does not attend a scheduled course without giving prior notification, the student’s funds will be forfeited and the student will not be allowed to reschedule. Student substitutions are allowed at any time. After the 30-day notification deadline has passed, only student substitutions are allowed; no refunds will be given.
